Lovely. I like the way the blue of the window frame is echoed outside in the woman's clothing and the sea and the beautiful way the light falls on the drapes on the right. When I crop just inside the left-side drapes, I get another pleasing composition that makes the entire image more high-key.
High marks.

Very nice. Dreamy, like a scene from a movie.

I love the ray of light coming in through the side.

On second thought: how about a square crop?

King said 559 days ago:

philippe,
That's what I'm talking about, if the square is made up of the right side of the photo.

I played with a square crop, but prefer this one. I like the space on the left to balance the image.

King said 559 days ago:

Of course you prefer this one--the one you posted. It's beautiful. This crop definitely captures the idea that the woman is leaving the photo...last chance to look at her.

Interesting composition and crop.

It's a lovely subject, and the composition is nice. Too bad that harsh light is drowning the sky and water.

Wow, I like this a lot. Makes me think of Nurse Ratchet from One Flew Over the Cookoo's Nest.

I like the softness inside. I might have burned down the outside a little, she seems a little too bright, but that's a minor quibble. Have you tried this in B&W?

The bonnet on the woman gives this image a 'Whistler' painterly feel to it. Great tones and excellent composition.

Pursang, once again I am captivated by one of your images, your photography never ceases to amaze me.
