old Chevy doesn't really depict 'decaying city' to me. love the shot and plate is great, nice and shiny and new!

Ana, the theme for this week is "urban" decay not 'decaying city'. And IMHO you cant get any more urban than an automobile. An automobile with rust, paint erosion and discolouration...says decay to me. Sorry it didnt work for you.
