This really says urban decay to me. I very much like the little volunteer plants growing from chinks in the stonework and even on the roof. Besides satisfying the theme requirements, this image has many appealing elements, IMHO, such as the arabesques of ironwork and their shadows, the lovely pastel colors and the pristine dark blue sky.
One of my favorites in this theme.
