The ground is the most interesting part of this photograph. Love the cracked mud (asphalt?). But this is a shot I have taken a grillion times, and I think most of us look down. The edge of the girls skirt and the red shirt might have been cropped.

I have tried a cropped version without the rred part but then decided I like this one better. Feel free to download the pic and try it :)

Sometimes these shots seem a little boring. This one stands out due to the great texture in the concrete. Well done.

can't remember ever publishing this before - and there are no other versions either - I only took this one.

bio - I try to be a gentleman but it really is one of the better versions of this type of shot I have seen :)

I think for me I like the perspective but there is something compositionally that just doesn't drive the impact home. Perhaps if it was cropped from the top to emphasize focus on the feet. I do know I would like it cropped from the bottom to just get red of the skirt.

dcreighton, there was no real focus here, I liked the whole - the cracked up pavement and the feet together.
