For me it's the inclusion the real feet makes the pic a perfect one. Without that it would be merely another upside down puddle (lake/stream?) reflection shot. But, with the feet there...

The longer I look at this, the more I like it. How did you pick this particular spot? Is there something important in the photo--other than the person and her reflection--that I am missing? I see the tree and miscellaneous hard stuff. This seems to tell a story. High marks.

The shape of the tree and the person,compliment each other.
Hard to tell which person is up-side down.
