I actually think these things are beautifull, all that gorgeous engineering, but I get what you mean. I was thinking of submitting a shot of these things too.

I really like this shot but REALLY hate power lines - well done. Nice use of colours and leading lines with symmetry.

I was just taking another look at all the thumbnails loaded so far for this theme and I had to re-comment to say that this is my favorite theme shot so far.

Love it! The colors are superb. The towers really are ugly - and the curse of most landscapes, but in this image they become this beautiful subject. Given a different time of day and lighting they'd turn back into being ugly.
