Interesting, how a very little detail can affect the whole: since the child is coming it seems much more like a beginning, with the sun coming up than an end with the sun going down. Had the child been going and not coming it would be a perfect score. This tiny detail pushes the relevance score down for me, sorry :(

To me this more symbolizes the beginning rather than the end...but it is very nice shot. Perhaps a little over processed?

If you new where this little fella had been and what he had been through, then I guess you'd realise that it was nearly gone, nearly the end for him, and that everything bad for him was over, hence the relevance to The End....Put it this way, his future is now somewhat brighter, and hopefully the bad is all behind him... I'm glad you all like this image for what ever meaning, and thanks for commenting....
