owen-b...yes I found it exactly as you see it. It was behind a restaurant in a town center. Behind the restaurant was also a public parking lot. The oddest thing, which you cannot tell from this shot, was that the space where this sign is, was too tight to fit a car.

I think the bicycle belonged to an employee at the restaurant. Some employees were sitting out back having a break and they gave me the funniest looks when I took this shot.
