Kim, I'm happy I made you laugh, I was totally satisfied with the idea and the scene of this shot, but still I would have liked to have reshot this, getting a better lighting, align my feet a bit better. I just wasn't really in the mood of drinking 3 bottles of beer and then doing different stuff in context with that toilet! =)
And this shot wouldn't be half of what it is with a clean toilet!

Your right ChriZ, if the potty were clean, how would be rate it then? Impact would probably go way down because the grimace would be just a half grimace instead of a full out ewwwww :o) At first I wanted to be offended, but then I pulled back and decided being open minded is always a good thing. You still need to clean the toilet though. hehe.

Composition is good, but it is over-exposed due to the extreme white in the center vs. the black shoes and dark objects. Wedding photoghraphers know a lot about exposing a subject this bright next to one wearing something dark...

Hah. A surprise for sure. While perhaps in questionable taste as an image, it does fit the theme. As a photograph the image is a bit dark other than the toilet. It feels like a "snapshot" and not an "artistic" photograph.

Good technique; I mean photographic and just every day little precious skills involved. You really nailed it there ( and these last words have a double meaning too :-)). My only issue here: if that's your house, then you need to hire a cleaning person ! High marks...

My very first reaction was how disgusting, but, this is an every day scene so 5 on relevance. You made me grimace and say things out loud so a 4 on impact (literally, my face was all scrunched up when I saw this). You've got to be good if you can pee and hold the camera at the same time so 5 on composition. 3s on the others but I could put poor on image quality since it's not free of aberrations...OH my gosh, clean the toilet, that's disgusting. OK, now I'm laughing.
