The orange hose is very apparent and is nicely offset by the blue. There seems to be quite a bit of noise in the blue that distracts from the overall image.

I don't like the rusted wall it is on : not enough bang to it : otherwise Great shot.

banality is a major theme in contemporary photography. but even in those banal fine art photos there is some kind of message or story that typically has to be discovered. Im not sure I see much of a story or an attempt to capture something beyond what was in front of you. i just see an orange pipe sticking out of a dumpster. if the light were different. something was coming out of the pipe. the exposure tweaked. something. just something else to make me think theres an idea behind the image, I would have given it a higher rating.
