The image lacks focus on any kind of focal point. It looks like a poorly placed lensbaby shot.

Rainy night is what this says. It fits the theme nicely, but it's not particularly interesting. Perhaps if it had a story to accompany it, such as why this stretch of road is so dangerous to pedestrians or something like that. Also, what's up with the blurred areas? Only the area right around that first telephone pole appears to be in focus.

I know I like this, and I've given it high marks across the board, but it's still too early for me to articulate why. I'll come back after a few more coffees ;)
