Aces, here's why. I know this neighborhood, the photographer and the situation, but irregardless, the image conveys all that is intended with this theme. Although the neighborhood is new to her, she has captured the essence of the Mission District in San Francisco. Great tones and composition.

really great photo.. just felt it lacked a bit of relevance, as there isnt a wider perspective of neighbourhood (in my opinion).

Thank you everyone for the feedback. As some *might* be able to deduce by all the recent banter, I am in a transitional phase of my life so 'my neighborhood' is a rather transient concept right now and thus is reflected in my submissions.
