I really like the interpretation of the theme here. Although somewhat obvious, different from most of the posts to date. Composition is spot on as is the sharp focus through a long DOF. The only thing I can say in the negative about this great image is that the reds in the bottom right are blown out and a bit too saturated. Otherwise stellar.

This is a beautiful shot. Very striking. The quality of light is stunning. It could have had more lines, but the big leading line in the front works for me...

It's easy to score this one high. Nice work. I particularly like the clarity and detail from the foreground all the way up the rope. Nice use of perspective and leading lines.

Great shot, and I like the almost double entendre of the lines of the ship, and its lines to the jetty. I expected to see more ships in this theme. But the red of the hull seems unnaturally bright - is that processing, or was that the dying sun behind you?

Thanks for the comments, actually this was taken just as the sun was going down behind which gave the red hull a big kick.
