the heavy dark places and a few blown out places. were you on the water? that left side is sort of distracting with the half light.

I was on the bank of the Thames, almost under the bridge. This was an angle I had not seen before so I gave it a shot. The perspective is a bit weird because of the wide angle lens. There is so very little light there at night that this was an extremely long exposure. I worked hard just to be able to see the hands of the clock. Out of 5 exposures, this is the only one that worked.
