Great black and white tones. That light really brings out all the good details too. I think you chose a great place to stand when you captured this. Nicely done.

Thanks to all of you for the comments. This image was taken at Fort Point in San Francisco which is at the foot of the South Tower of the Golden Gate Bridge. The interior of the building is rife with photo opportunities and although I am NOT a scene photographer, the light made it easy, even for me! phototext, yes the painted line on the brick really added quite a bit of depth and eye movement to the subject matter.

Several WeeklyShot folks were there that day to shoot. King, Jarrett Gorin and George Illes. We all had a great time.

Perhaps others will join us the next time we gather. Thanks again.

How the hell could YOU possibly know this was mine? I never showed you this shot, nor is it my traditional subject matter. You were going to guess it was someone else's and THAT'S why you didn't say! Thanks for the compliment though...

this is nice, and for sure relevant. the white paint around the wall gives it a brighter effect. I like.

Nice light. I like all of the lines and curves. I wish there were something sealing off the left side of the image.

The painted section gives it a feeling as though the lower section is under water. It's a cool shot.

Jeremy, I see that you mean! I especially like the pattern on the floor which leads the eye to the dark area.
