B+W is an interesting choice here, it makes it somewhat timeless. A slightly longer exposure might have given you more detail, and longer motion light streaks from the moving cars.

flatline, thank you for your comment and suggestion. i really appreciate it. i decided to used BW because it's a challenge for me to describe a night light in BW. next time will be better :)
