Great shot. Some suggestions would be to possibly crop some of the sky at top off to accentuate the ice flow and water. I also think this image might have HUGE potential as an HDR, although it would like turn out to have a totally different feel.

Changing the composition slightly so the sun was left or right of center would be a significant help to this otherwise nice shot.
