Ah, studying it more closely, I realize that he must be hand-feeding them. That adds all level of wonder and splendor the image -- a quiet moment among friends.

Crop out his legs. In general it's a little too tight - it seems like you wanted to get rid of something in the background. But I think if you would have waited and composed the shot properly, while the background cleared out, you could have gotten an even better one. Remember, take your time. - this shot would have been available for a minute or so.

This has a snapshot quality about it, but it's just plain cute. Also it gets extra points from me because the gentleman's hands remind me of my father's.

The primary areas of interest, other than the man's hands, are a bit difficult to make out...the man's face, the pigeons. Otherwise, I find this shot to be very appealing.

...and Flatline makes some good points, with which I agree. I would have walked around to the other side to see if the light was better there and so I could see the little pigeon faces. :>)

i felt a bit intrusive just taking pictures of this guy feeding the birds.. i dunno, i guess im just too shy ;)
