I can imagine Vernon Trent using a pen such as this. Can't tell if the writing is in Dusseldorfdeutsch (or Portugeuese?) :>)

The pen seems to have been rotated out of writing position (I used to use those in school) in order to emphasize the shape of the tip.

Good idea, adequately different from Tom's featured image. Good work. High marks.

I love the feeling of this image... black and white in a way I haven't really been able to get with my own shots. Compositionally, I would like to see more of the left page and/or a little less of the hand.
