To sort of explain,we were in a strange city,and her mom had just gone in for surgery to remove a brain tumor.It was kinda"goodbye to home and goodbye to mom".Obviously now I know,you had to be there. :-)

Yes Beamer,it was soooo cold and windy on the eighth and top floor of the parking garage.
We had never experienced anything quite like that city.

On first glance, I didn't find this photo to be very interesting. But on studying it and reflecting on the theme and what the artist may have intended (or seeing), I find this image rather heartbreaking. I won't attempt to explain why.
