I won't comment on the relevance here as this is the last theme and some may submit imagery that is simply nostalgic. But the image suffers in a few ways. First the contrast of the image is too high and the foreground area is very dark which eliminates the detail of the sand. The man's body position is awkward and lends very little to the story of the image.

Let me guess, he left his heart in San Francisco, but the rest of him is saying farewell.

Highlight are blow and the darks are too dark. He looks "one legged". Not sure of relevance?
