so sweet but not dramatic!

Thanks K1C!

According to my understanding of the word "dramatic" and some wikipedia entries:

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dramatic
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Drama

I really don't think dramatic couldn't be happy or sweet. But that's my understanding of course.

for me this needs some more striking post processing. it has the feel of a digital image that has come straight out of the camera; its not that that is automatically a bad thing, but in this instance the image feels quite murky to me, which takes away from the impact somewhat.

Bennybedlam, actually I was playing quite a bit with this one, the orginial had a very orange-ish tone because it was shot with very small amount of lights available. If I remember well, I had a version with stronger contrasts, but somehow I preferred this more soft setting.

Regardless, thanks a lot for your comments!

Beautiful angelic exppression. The image appears a bit flat to me, and the color cast of the image just seems bothersome.

This is very sweet. She definitely is intent on something or someone.

See..now after reading some of the other comments about the tone and processing, I have to disagree. I think this looks very natural, not at all harsh like so many digital portaits appear. (Which is the main reason I turn so many of mine to B&W, that and I still haven't unravelled enough of the mysteries of photoshop.)
