Amaaaaaazing! A powerful and dramatic photo. Is this the real thing? I'm not crazy about what appears to be supersaturation on the sky and super-dune, but if it was done for effect, it is attention getting.

Blow me, another mental image. I that scree on the side of the mountain or bushes... or what. The foreground makes this shot, look at those shrubs/trees/plants juxtaposed against that dune! They are insignificant...

It's fantastic that the huige size of this dune is really evident only from that single tree at its feet.

Also, that orange-red color is awesome.

That's a big, red hill. The trees at the base lend the scale to make the BIG impression you're looking for in this theme.

What is this? The sand? Very unusual thing for me!
