I love the look on her face! The background...the spots? It takes away from the clarity of the shot. And the fuzzy/white edges also detract from crispness of the shot.

The vignetting blowing out the white of her dress is the only thing I would have to say I'm not crazy about. Other than that, wonderful shot!

I like the tones in this one. The little girl is just precious. Seems like the photoshop tools were applied a little heavy handedly though, especially around the gentleman's back. My attention keeps getting drawn to that. I also might have cropped just a little tighter.
