Oh the mood this creates. Awesome. I wonder how this would look as an HDR image? I really wish you got more of the texture of the rocks as it's a bit dark.

dramatic sky with great colours and lighting, thoughtful. what I never understand is why so often moving water (rivers, waterfalls etc) are exposed this long to create this "dreamlike" effect, it bears - to me - no relation to the subject as such and actually makes the image a cliché/exposé of a technique rather than something to be taken in for the sake of what's being portrayed.

Some people have all the luck. This is certainly beautiful and atmospheric. I'm bothered by the pose, though. I don't know if I'm looking at a man with one leg--part of his body looks truncated. I hope you'll tell us about this image.

I'm not so sure this is a long exposure. It may be a lake, a protected harbor or other placid waterway at sunrise with a low fog. With a wide-angle lens, say 1/8 second at f5.6, I could hand-hold that.

Thank's for all your comments guys, this is a story behind that picture: The man who shows at the picture is a fisherman, so that he freezing at that moment. I am using ND Grad 8 + CPL filters to make a slow effect/speed. With a tripod handled. Here the EXIF : Speed:1/1,f22,ISO:200,Focal:18mm,Date Time Original: 2006:12:09 18:21:07.
