Ooops, I trust no-one was hurt in the making of the entry :) Probably my favourite so far - though i cant help thinking it says disappearance, rather than absence

Excellent. I really love the colors in this. I only see one set of footprints...and I'm a hoping that whatever walked out there decided to just retrace their steps.

Wow! Totally awesome shot for this theme! I love it. Both funny and dark/disturbing at the same time. What is the story behind it? Hopefully not tragic.

I usually like context, which you have provided nicely, but I was playing around with the ole "scroll bar" cropper. Cropping this to a panorama by cutting it just under dark area of ice just before the shoreline creates a very nice almost abstract image, see what you think??

Terrfiying implication in this shot and very clever. Would have been nice to see it a touch clearer/brighter perhaps.

The colour was really like this....everything had a green tint, as it was SO COLD and the pond is kind of gross.
I don't think anyone was hurt here....and if they did fall, I'd assume there would be a lot more disturbance around the area.
The pond is only a few feet deep.

Ouch, fantastic inference in this image. There is a break in the ice on the far side to the top left of frame, one hopes, whatever / whoever got out, great shot Ana, I like your words to pictures on your mainsite also.... excellent.
